This policy describes how ChattersOnly handles information when people use its public site, Twitch-connected services, viewer-facing Extension experiences, and related hosted features.
2. Information We Receive
Depending on the feature being used, ChattersOnly may receive Twitch account identifiers and profile information made available through Twitch, authorization and integration information, viewer interactions, service activity, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
Streamer-facing tools may also process content and assets intentionally uploaded or configured by authorized users, including images, filenames, attribution or rights information, and presentation settings.
3. How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide requested functionality, associate activity with the appropriate Twitch user or channel where necessary, operate interactive experiences, maintain service integrity, provide administrative and support functions, enforce service rules, and diagnose technical problems.
4. Twitch and Service Providers
ChattersOnly depends on Twitch for Twitch-connected identity and platform functionality and may use infrastructure and service providers to host, secure, store, or transmit service data. Information is processed only as needed for those operational purposes and subject to applicable provider terms.
5. Uploaded Content and Assets
Content uploaded through streamer-facing tools may be stored so it can be managed, processed, transformed, published, or delivered as part of an interactive experience. Asset records may include ownership, attribution, rights-attestation, and technical metadata used to manage that content.
6. Retention
Retention depends on the type of information and the feature that uses it. Information may be retained while needed to provide the service, maintain security or operational records, preserve published or configured content, satisfy legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Administrative deletion and revocation controls may remove or disable information when appropriate.

Twitch provides account and authorization controls for Twitch-connected access. Some ChattersOnly surfaces may also provide self-service controls for particular data. Requests for additional assistance, including privacy or deletion questions, may be submitted through the Support page when request intake is available.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights regarding your personal information. These may include rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain information, as well as rights concerning certain uses of your information. ChattersOnly does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when necessary to operate the service through infrastructure or service providers, comply with law or valid legal process, protect users or the service, or complete a transaction or service action requested by an authorized user.

ChattersOnly uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect service data. No online service or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Age Requirement
ChattersOnly is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly provide the service to people under 18.
