By accessing or using ChattersOnly services, including supported Twitch Extension experiences, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use ChattersOnly. By accessing or using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Twitch and Third-Party Services

ChattersOnly may connect with Twitch and other service providers used to operate the service. Your use of Twitch remains subject to Twitch's own terms, policies, and account controls. ChattersOnly is not Twitch.

4. Accounts and Authorization

Some features may require authorization through Twitch or another supported identity provider. You are responsible for activity performed through accounts and authorizations you control and for keeping those accounts secure.

5. User-Provided Content and Assets

Where ChattersOnly allows you to submit text, images, artwork, files, or other content, you remain responsible for that content and for the accuracy of information you provide about it.

6. Rights and Permissions

You may upload or provide content only when you have the rights and permissions necessary for ChattersOnly to store, process, present, and deliver that content as part of the service. You must not use ChattersOnly to infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, exploit security weaknesses, harass others, submit unlawful content, or use automation or other techniques to abuse service features.

8. Service Availability and Changes

ChattersOnly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features and integrations may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Suspension and Termination

Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated when necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or platform integrations, or in response to misuse or violation of these terms.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChattersOnly disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
